We provide a web-based appointment system. However this system is only available in Japanese. Please ask somebody who can read Japanese to make an appointment for you on the date you want to visit us.

You need to enter the patient number and your birthday to use the system. Therefore first-time visitors should call us directly during the following hours;
Mon. to Fri. – 9:30 to 12:00,
Mon., Wed., and Fri. – 15:00 to 17:00
Sat. – 9:00 to 11:30
